Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum required. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking number once your item ships. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and standard transit times of 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for store credit only. You have 21 days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be returned:
- In new, unused condition
- With all original tags and protective packaging intact
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Due to the nature of our accessories and for hygienic reasons, please ensure that items are tried on with care. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the standards above
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
Discounted Purchases
If your original purchase included a discount via a promotional code or coupon, that value can be re-applied when using your store credit—provided the coupon has not expired at the time the credit is used.
